This apartment is nice but a big part of it is in the basement...i'd feel like i was living underground there...

at least they realized that after almost a year, the price needs to be reduced. unfortunately, $1.2M reduction is not enough for a place that needs a new kitchen, wall paper removal, built-ins removal and whatever else the pics don't show.
