Is Comcast in Manhatta?

They are horrible and savings will be temporary, TWC is so much better by comparison. I am satisfied with TWC - better than RCN. You might want to check out Verizon - has received some positive feedback on this board.

If you have Verizon FIOS available you might want to take a look. We switched from Time Warner last fall after the tornado hit our house and destroyed all systems and networks. It seemed like a good time to start over with something new. By assiduous searching their website for discounts and talking to several reps, we were able to get fiberoptic phone and internet together for $45/month + tax for two years (we don't watch television). The quality is light years ahead of TW and, so far,the customer service has been fine. It's extremely hard for them to understand that we don't want cable!
