just saw this place ...VERY COOKIE cutter, def doesnt seem like 1100 sq ft ...its a shame b/c the building is nice , but def no value w/ the layout ... and its a fortune for the ammen

called several times and no one calls me back from the office... Asked if there is any direct number to the sale office they told me no. Seems kind of strange..
