Discussion about Mulberry House at 290 Mulberry Street in Nolita
Anybody know the status of this project?

The building was Curbed pretty hard a few days ago:

It is for sale as-is for $25M. I saw it being built/assembled and I have to say good luck to the buyers. It wasn't looking right then, and I'm betting 2 years without windows on the penthouse level didn't improve the building.

Agreed - lived across the street and looked like they were cutting a lot of corners. The color hasn't held up well either. THanks
