Management Companies with Rent Stab apartments

Discussion about
are there medium to biggish management companies with a portfolio of mostly rent stabilized apartments? i know that "go no fee" is one of them. any other? thought about the one that manages Stuyvesant/Peter Cooper but those ones seem to me to be mkt rate still, right?

It varies a lot by building, so no owner or manager can be pegged that way. E.g., a newer building where the builder got tax benefits would be all or mostly stabilized, while an older building will have a mix.

You could ask at Rudin, with buildings like the huge 215 E 68th, but I'd guess most of those go into vacancy decontrol.
