Because money can't buy taste, two apartments connected with a SLIDE. http://ny.curbed.com/archives/2011/03/17/pro_poker_player_builds_slide_to_connect_east_village_penthouses.php I thought there were building codes . . . ?

No code problem, as there's also a staircase. It looks like fun. (No fun if we all had the same taste.)

As an example of variety in poker players, Eric Seidel bought in the Apthorp last year.

A simple Batpole would have doubled as a stripper's pole. Opportunity lost.
