Discussion about 1070 Park Avenue in Carnegie Hill
Something funny is happening here. Apt 12C was on the market, as was 3C. I was told 3C was sold and that 12C was off the market. Then 3C was back on the market. Did they switch apts? The broker was not exactly up front about this.

Are you sure you're not talking about 12B and 3B? 12B was on the market very briefly at the same time as 3B. Looks like 12B was pulled off until 3B sells.

Yes, it was 12B. It looks as though it's gone. Annoying as I was trying to get in to see it.

Not that it's a certainty, but it seems the brokers did a disservice to the sellers of 12B not letting anyone else even have an option to bid on this. I suppose it was an inside deal?? We'll probably never know.
