Discussion about 231 16th Street in Park Slope
http://www.brownstoner.com/brownstoner/archives/2007/05/364_myrtle_aven.php This building was on the market forever, then prices were reduced and all units went under contract. Finally all units fell OUT of contract after this story about shoddy construction scared away the buyers. The building could not pass inspections. Buyers were able to see all of the problems while the fixes were being made and they ran! Be warned!!
