Anyone can give me some idea for me to rent out a commercial loft at the 2nd floor of Union Square Area will be appreciated!!

I can't imagine anyone, even on this board, will disagree with this statement:
You need a Manhattan commercial real estate broker.

post it to the newtech list on meetup.com, lots of tech startups looking for space in Union Square.

as long as it's cheap/minimal then you'll ahve plenty of people interested.
