Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that almost nothing new is coming on the market this week? Is this just seasonal?

Prices have dropped so with the buyers market and the seasonal time slow the combination is less new properties

Seasonal, people are busy over the holidays. I bet new things come on after the New Year.

Even during the boom years, I think the market slowed during the holidays. Heck, the posting level here has decreased drastically too.
