Hi Andrew1, what do you mean by owners' rep - someone to oversee your reno on site while you are out of town?

Call David Spector Associates. Ask for Eric. He was extraordinarily helpful with my apt renovation/combination. Kept the architects/engineers/contractors on schedule & budget.
