Discussion about
I need a good, reputable contractor to do a renovation of a pre-war 1900 sq ft apt in turtle bay. 3.5 baths and kitchen need to be redone. Floors to be sanded and coated; walls to be spiffed up. It will be somewhat high-end, but not over the top. Some electrical and plumbing work may be required. Any suggestions as to (i) what this should cost, ballpark estimate, and (ii) who to use for the work? Any suggestions appreciated.
I very highly recomomend Anthony Riccio of AD Contsruction. I've used him twice, he has done work for 4 of my friends and all with very positive results. He's a gentleman, honest and his crews are meticulous.
His pricing is very fair for high end work (I hesitate to estimate your costs). He is worth meeting with and seeing some of his past work. Anthony Riccio 347 267 1681

good luck!
I would highly recommend our contractor. He did renovations in our 2 bd/2 bath and did a terrific job. He also renovated a friends' 3 bd/3ba and she was thrilled. I am sure he could show you some of his finished projects in the city or at the very least send you photos. He and his crew were on time everyday (really) and the project came in on time and on budget. I would suggest you at least contact him for an estimate. His email is philipshomeimprovement.com. Good luck with your project!
Sorry! Typo..I don't think he has a website. His email is philipshomeimprovement@gmail.com.
