I live at 530 Park. My family and i moved into the building 3 months ago and we have regretted the decision ever since. The building is under constant construction which makes it impossible for children to rest during the day. However, what makes the situation even more concerning is the poor air quality due to the construction. On numerous occassions we have had to evacuate the apartment due to the pungent smell of chemicals that have permeated our apartment from the construction. I highly recommend avoiding this building.
