This is all true, we just moved in in march and I second every comment. Awful, awful building.

Columbiacounty moved into this building and had a window in his shower he's still bitter about.

these are false emails, please note, the responses are 17 months old, in particular, the post from"chops", states no doorman, this is totally false. the dm is 24-7.
most tenants renew their leases,thsi wouldnt happen if the above were true.

what if there's a doorman but he's drunk? is that equivalent to no doorman?

I live here and there is NO doorman. There is a "concierge" (don't expect restaurant reservations) who is present, unless he needs to go to the bathroom, retrieve drycleaning or just can't be found.

afenton--I expect a retraction about the doorman.
caonima--there's no doorman, drunk or otherwise.

Anyone visiting the building would see there isn't any, so it's a waste of time making that claim. If you are saying that there is someone who opens the door, hails cabs, etc., that is completely untrue.
