Elevator Maintenance Contract

Discussion about
Small Coop 5 floors; 18 units. Small elevator ~6'x5'. Our elevator company charges ~$430 a month in "maintenance". I'd like to hear if anyone has these maintenance contracts and what they pay a month? It just seems high to me.

We pay $490 plus tax for a new(4YO) elevator, 8 floors high.

anyone have any experience in pricing elevator upgrade jobs ? specifically upgrading the car button station panel ?
