tips for building employees

I have just finished a major renovation project in my apartment which really has lasted a year, and I am wondering what to tip the back elevator guys. There was a lot of extra work, and garbage to transport down, and materials to carry up. I live in a Coop on the UES. Any guidelines? thanks

I'd do at least 150. each.

$100 or $150 would be very nice & in addition, do tell them how much you appreciate all that they have done for you.
