Discussion about 276 Water Street #2
Beautiful space but Brooklyn Bridge work is continuous according to a neighbor, elevator in unit, but not for tenant use, garage in building but not for tenant use. For the $$ why not live in a building with full access to what the building has to offer?

look at 264 water... better prices, and an elevator you can use.
