For anyone with experience with these buildings, is this probably too early to be looking (~8 weeks ahead)? I am considering booking a trip to come back for a few days to look in mid-Sept instead. How much notice do leases in these buildings usually require for renewal? (ie. how far ahead do they know their availability?) I assume that I'll have better luck with rental buildings than with condos if I'm looking this early? If anyone has insight, it'd be much appreciated.

Most buildings will release their future inventory 30 days in advance or 60 days in advance. In my experience, most are 30. Try reaching out to the leasing offices in advance and getting someone's e-mail address so you can check-in with them (and don't rely on their promise to keep you updated!).

Most buildings will release their future inventory 30 days in advance or 60 days in advance. In my experience, most are 30. Try reaching out to the leasing offices in advance and getting someone's e-mail address so you can check-in with them (and don't rely on their promise to keep you updated!).
