Opinion on Rivergate, 401 East 34th st.?

Discussion about
Will need an apt. within 6 months. Saw 2 apts.here. Seemed spacious and decent value. It is a Manhattan Skyline bldg. Anyone have first or second hand knowledge about this building? Somewhere on the Internet I read some negative things . Thanks for any input.
