Which FINANCIALS should landlord be shown?

Since paper has always been the strongest material on Earth, bearing whatever people write or pretend to be... while the substance remains weak or inexistent: What is it that you guys suggest landlord shall have from his future tenant/guarantor when they are acting on their personal names? What when they are going corporate? Thanks again

If you want the apartment they should be shown whatever it is they ask for.
