I didn't either, but this is a small building apparantly with a restaurant or some business in the base. It is owned by Direct Realty and if they can do it, why not advertise it? This is a great block and would rather stay there than some hotel. I just don't know what the $800 is for. Is that weekly or monthly? It says $1800 rent up front and $1000 security. Fine, but for how long? Not clear, but might be a great alternative to hotels, especially in that area. That block is great.
