Used to live in the building....agreeing with another poster on a different thread that Algin is not a management company that "works" with the tenant. The turnover in the building is huge because they try to jack up prices on current residents when their leases expire, only to have them leave. They then offer the units at a discount to new tenants to entice them to move in...So we ended up moving out
If you are looking for something longer term than 1yr then definitely look somewhere else...
Walk to the train was not horrible, but got incrementally bad with the weather. Not much retail in the area. The car rental on the ground floor is totally useless as their is a hertz across the street. The truffles store on the corner of 11th? Seriously, why is it there???

How was working with algin on your move out? Did they give you your security deposit back in full, or did they keep a large amount of it? I am worried they will not return mine, including the extra pet security and w/d.

They gave me back full deposit but the apt was in good shape so I was not worried. Why are you moving out?
