Not a recommended building to live

I live in this building and I do not understand how management is now charging these new, much higher prices. The building is clean, but not luxurious by any means. The tiles in the bathroom must be at least 20 years old. The rooftop furniture is all broken. The gym is really, really small (and they charge for it on top of your rent!)The staff is not always friendly and at times refuses to take large deliveries for you. The worst, though, is the construction going on next door, which won't be over until 2013. It's very loud and starts early in the morning.
