Discussion about
1. I own a coop of around 775-800 sq.ft., east light, good views 2. which I reconfugured from a 1-bd with 10.5x8 2nd bedroom 3. into two large bedrooms with their own inside closets 4. each bedroom is as large as many Manhattan studio main rooms 5. trade-off: the living room/dining room is 10x10 with corner windows 6. it's no board approval and I accept roommates and dogs of all sizes 7. I also give my tenants automatic lease renewal rights for life 8. and capped rent increases 1st 4 years Any recommendations of how/where to market it. Thank you

whocan's questions, plus try university housing websites. It's a palace compared with official student housing. If you accept out-of-state guarantors, they'll beat your door down. Good thing you have cheap contractors to put a new door up.

Clinton Hill at border of Fort Greene, east of Myrtle. Asking $2795 plus
electric. I acept put-of-state guarantors if they appear trustworthy.

Thanks for your ideas
