Tried to rent in this building with perfect credit and well over 40 times the income. The departing tenant who I met on viewing the unit said the landlord was very "hands off" and ridiculously slow to address issues with the unit, the exact opposite of their claims in the listing, and he clearly wanted to say more, but bit his tongue. And the application process confirmed his statement. Completely unresponsive landlord (Sal) and agent (Lori Gasior) out in New Jersey who basically strung us along for weeks and weeks with no communication whatsoever. Look at the price of the unit vs. everything else in the neighborhood. Obviously something is rotten. Not sure what they were up to, but the process was VERY unpleasant and felt slimy all along the way. Wouldn't get your hopes up or waste your time, especially if you're hoping for a speedy decision. We usually have several applicants for our apartment and process them in a timely manner. No one is strung along. We rent to the most qualified applicant. Sorry you felt the process was "slimy".

Poster has a point. It only took Gasior 11 months to respond.
