Hi all, I am looking for a 3 bedroom, 2+bath, loft. It will be a share all young professionals. location; 23rd to Canal St. and Park ave to West side highway, move in; July 15 or August 1st. (2 bed for up to 7K is also ok) please let me know if you have anything available. Eff
I'm bringing new boutique rental building to market @ 537 West 27th Street this week We have a couple great 2 beds with huge outdoor spaces. Let me know if you want to see them....my e-mail is rschneiderman@halstead.com
Classic borker move: blatantly disregard clearly stated parameters ...
Halstead motto: "We aim to displease."
efe: If you expand your geographical parameters, you can probably get a lot more amenities ---which equals more space and more distractions. Lofts are usually in buildings without amenities. When you move in with one or more young professionals you will find that you will need to get away from them on a regular basis. Better if there is an in-house basketball court, private gym, pool, roof deck etc and those amenities in your price range are in the new buildings like MIMA on W. 42. There are others. You will find them. Best thing is that when they are really new, there is usually some room for negotiation and you don't have to pay a brokers fee. good luck.
Alanhat, who"s parameters? Fuck you.
Parameters mean nothing. I've had clients rent in areas after telling me they wouldn't be caught dead in those areas.
Hi, I have a large convertible 3 bedroom loft exclusive listed here on streeteasy.com. Here is the link to my advertisement on streeteasy:
http://streeteasy.com/nyc/rental/767452-townhouse-508-laguardia-place-greenwich-village-new-york
I have other listings I can show you as well.
I'v had RE agents go from Hookers to chefs and writers to borkers again.... Borking, it's not a career, as something you fall into... like shit in sidewalk.
Janiney: I post this price history as a complement to you as a rational broker. I suppose you cannot comment but please allow me to note that citi habitats should have it's license revoked. How could anyone possibly list this place for $35,000-- a month after the Lehman Bros. collapse. There has been much written on these boards about how useless citi habitats is as an agency. Here is an example of how they wasted the time and money of this client.
