Don't waste your time; this is a scam. Square footage is wrong (units here are 520sqft), photos aren't of the unit (there are no skyscrapers as shown in windows like this in Hamilton Heights) and I received an email from the supposed owner asking me to rent it, sight unseen ("I don't disturb my tenants' privacy" despite immediate availability listed) and offered discounts on advance payments. Avoid.
