does anyone have any update or feedback on this building?

To the best of my knowledge, I believe this is a low income housing project. You need to be making below a certain income in order to qualify for these units.

The city took the land for taxes 30 years ago, and sold it to the developer in 2009. See http://www.genesisapts.com
