listing is only up a day - you called quick. i know the block - building at 220 doesnt look like it would have a unit like that, nevertheless a doorman.

220E82 is a walk-up tenement building, while ad is for a regular postwar b uilding.

Seems to be a bait-and-switch outfit.

E.g., their listing for http://streeteasy.com/nyc/rental/768070-coop-535-east-86-yorkville-new-york. The photo is of a living room that doesn't occur in 535E86.

Same story with their third SE listing: http://streeteasy.com/nyc/rental/766913-259-west-99-upper-west-side-new-york: photo doesn't match anything in building.

The broker's at 646-829-6645, if anyone wants to inquire. (Not that anyone will bother, but may as well make the phone number googleable....
