building at 123 Baxter Street

Great building and very centrally located -- 1 block to the subway and five minute walk to Soho, Tribeca, and Nolita.

I bought here in December 2007 and we are only selling now because we need a bigger place.

IMO, the building is rundown now - 2019. It has an overall tired feel. Small lobby. Unit owners had the advantage of abatement savings and pre-trump tax deductions, yet seems like list prices are above the original purchase price. Don't see a reason especially for units that are ready for remodel. Nice outdoor spaces, but priced high considering all of the new construction in the area. This did not feel like a luxury building.
