Could anyone recommend a good agent (or agency) for Morningside Heights/far UWS? CitiHabitats have a lot, but their website is a mess (multiple listings of the same apt with different photos, what's the point of that? Also Google map plugin doesn't work). - Not walk-up more than 2 flights
- Under $5000
- Shabby/old ok -- charm and original detail more important than fancy new marble/granite/steel/whatever. I HATE marble baths!
