Any recommendation from the experts for a new rental building in the area?

163 Washington sound nice but is located west of Myrtle on an uninspiring block. The other
new buildings are located in marginal areas such as Grand, Ryerson etc, west of Myrtle on
dangerous-appearing blocks. What are you looking for? I have a no fee rental in Clinton Hill?

I am looking for an 1 bed in a new or relative new building or renovated building.
