Discussion about
I bought a commercial condo in downtown,Shall I do some work before renting,??? If yes,I need a floor polish,and paint work for this unit,any reputable contructor you can recommend I will appreciate!

Do you mean a residential unit, or an actual commercial unit for commercial tenants?

Use Inti Interior Finish & Wood Floors, they are quick, fair price, and professionals. I've used them several times and they have come through big time. Let them know I recommended them. Contact them via their website http://www.intirenovation.com
