I saw an apartment recently in 280 PAS. The bldg & location of course are great. But the size of the unit was inflated by the broker, Maher, by 60 sq ft. According to all the apts listed in Street Easy's history for this line, the apt is only 750 sq ft with no a single sq ft deviation and he's listing for over 800. Is this normal? Is this legal? Is there somewhere we can report him? It's practices/brokers like this that really incite New York cynicism. Slimy.
