Any painter recommendation for the UES from the experts ? He will need to provide a certification of insurance in order to be able to work on the building

Since there were no recommendations I would look at it for you. I normailly don't take on smaller projects but I am on the UES as well so it would be easy for me

I was very happy with Paint Your Apartment (www.paintyourapartment.com), which was on-time, on-budget, neat and friendly when painting my 2 bedroom apartment.

Try INTI Interior Finish - www.intirenovation.com contact is martin@intirenovation.com - I've used them many times and they have been the most dependable and cost efficient.

Try Tomcopainting.com they have done several projects for me. Very good and reliable.

We also used Greg and his team from www.paintyourapartment.com. Totally thrilled with their service. Fast, reliable, and professional.
