Discussion about
Our rental property will be vacant in August, and we need a broker. Any LL's with good brokers that they can suggest for a Manhattan property? Or renters that will return to their favorite broker? If you're a renter, how did you find your property? Is there someplace that I should advertise? Last time I rented, we read the newspaper . . .
I'm not doing that many rentals at this point but I know a number of people who are professional and energetic, including Michael Walsh of my firm. I would think perhaps first about neighborhood and niche -- there are people who are associated with certain neighborhoods and people who are associated with, say, 3-BRs.

You can advertise right here on SE.
If you don't have the time to do the rental dance (i,e, advertise, schedule the appointments, screen the applicants and prepare the leases) may I suggest you call me at 646-812-7655 to discuss your apartment and I will let you know which one of my colleagues (or maybe I) will be best able to assist you.
