east village and lower east side

Discussion about
what is going on with the places here - they are priced at west village prices? does that make sense? also, does any one know if it is a bad sign for a place to be on the market for over 90 days? could it be just a pricing issue?

they are trying to get the highest prices before the crash comes...and it is coming.

This shouldn't be a surprise: the East Village has been close to price parity with the West Village for a few years now. A lot of people -- especially those under 40 -- prefer the East Village to the West.
