Period Bookcase

I have a classic prewar apartment on UWS, circa 1910/1920s. Patterned red oak, floors, moldings, baseboards, French doors, Ionic columns in the LR. I want to build built in bookcases in the study but keep them in the period look of the apartment. Not too fussy, but not too modern. I'd like to either hire someone who has done this before to design and/or build or find a source of images so I know what to ask for. Any ideas?
