Sabrina on the UWS??

Very curious myself. Saw a couple of pre-reno sponsor units last week and it made me wonder why on earth they would bother as they were in horrible condition. Saw one B line which was supposedly being sold as a flip by the renter. The agent said it was listed at 1.55M but they would take 1.5M -huh? The apartment was a really nice classic 6 on the 11th floor but I have never seen the listing on line. I was given a price sheet of about 15 units where it was written that all listing prices represented apartments in "as is" condition. Out of 19 listings it said 8 were under contract. I didn't leave with a great feeling about the project but I am a novice. Maybe this is how its done.
