Bathroom renovation ideas

We are about to start renovation in prewar classic 8 uws master bath. We are debating if we should put in a new tub or reglaze. The new cast iron tubs don't seem to have the old world charm. We are also doing white subway tile on the walls and 1" hex white with some black on the floor. We are putting in a new pedestal sink from Restoration Hardware, Robern medicine cabinet and waterworks faucets and shower. Tub is a big dilemma. If any of the stuff we are doing does not make sense please chime in esp kylewest. Thank you.
