LIC Broker? Condo Owners?

Looking for a reputable (rental) broker in Long Island City. I have visited a variety of the 'No-fee' Rental Buildings and I am not that impressed. I am much more interested in a condo building and I'm willing to pay a broker fee for the right place. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am interested in a 1-2 bedroom apartment, pet friendly, in the Long Island City area for September. I have reached out to some of the BIG LIC brokerage agencies and I have not been that impressed... it could be the particular agents and not necessarily a direct reflection on the companies... Also - any owners out there looking to rent their own Condo? Thanks.

Contact my colleague Yul Park. He is very familiar with the area, and is an owner in LIC as well. He specializes on rentals, and should be able to find you the perfect place. You can email him at yul.park@resnewyork.com

Found an amazing place through Thomas Blaze Lattanzio at Modern Spaces. Definitely recommend him.
