How would you interpret "flex lease terms"?

I would usually use it to convey "if the landlord likes you, you can have a lease that's between 12 and 24 months." Sometimes it's even finer than that, maybe "and if you let us leave the really heavy dining room table that nobody likes and nobody wants to move, we can talk about you having a dog."

So you really have to ask.

I did and got a very different response than I expected! It's 3-8 months furnished.
