We're shocked by how difficult it is to find a 6-9 month lease on a large two or three-bedroom apartment on the Upper West Side. We're willing to pay up to 9K for the right space, but, alas, no luck. Is there anyone out there seeking a quiet, considerate family of three to rent their space for 6-9 months or to take over their lease? If so, post below. Thank you!
