BEWARE BAD CONTRACTOR Michael Ponce of ADHI

I hired this General Contractor Michael Lenin Ponce of AD Home Improvements, Inc. and paid approx. $40k to him to do renovations in my home in NJ and within 3 months I've had numerous headaches (leaks, basement floods, dented appliances, scratched floors, ceiling cracks to name a few) due to his lack of workmanship. I took him and his company to Better Business Bureau arbitration and was awarded monies due to his faulty work and I have still not received payment, nor has he honored the 5 year warranty we agreed to via our contract. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, HE IS A COMPLETELY DISHONEST CONTRACTOR. email me if you'd like to see pictures of his work!
