Need a Tree Pit Guard - Cost & Contacts?

Hi there, Our building is interested in building a "tree pit guard" to protect the tree in front sidewalk. Does anyone know how much it would cost? The tree is small and the pit is approx 4' x 4'. Any recommendations of contractors for this work would be much appreciated too! Thanks!
