Beware of Michael Ponce - AD Home Improvements LLC

This company was hired by my wife and I to gut renovate our kitchen and baths. Our bill was $35,000. We paid $31,000 of it because we started having MULTIPLE problems which costs us numerous amounts of money to fix. AD Home Improvement (aka Lenin Michael Ponce) assured us a 5 Year warranty on ALL workmanship and within 2 days of moving into our home we've experienced floods, leaks, scratched and dented appliances, electrical problems etc.. We've taken them to Better Business Bureau where we were awarded monies and the company still refuses to pay us, stating they are having monetary issues. BOTTOM LINE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR PROMISES!!!
