Discussion about
I am planning to renovate a 2000 sq loft at downtown.I need a right contructor (reasonable, experienced). what type of wood floor for the loft space? I need a new HVAC,any reputable company recommended? Thanks for your help!
There are several ways to do this. You can find an architect first, who will design the space, produce architectural drawings for construction permit and board approval and find/recommend you a general contractor. Or you can find a general contractor first, who will recommend you an architect they work with. Either way has its advantage. If you want to talk to an architect first, you can contact me at generative.arch@gmail.com
Thanks,Karhu

I would be happy to meet with you. I have a great deal of experience and consider myself to be very reasonable. You can view my work at www.primerenovationsnyc.com
You can email me at primerenovations@mac.com
I used a husband and wife team at Schappacher&White -- great aesthetics, will work well with you re diff buget possibilities, and lots of loft experience.
See http://schappacherwhite.com/portfolio/residential/360-loft/ (and if talk to them, feel free to mention Ron from Spring Street)
