HVAC,Wood Floor,and general contructor for Loft

Discussion about
I am planning to renovate a 2000 sq loft at downtown.I need a right contructor (reasonable,experienced). what type of wood floor for the loft space? I need a new HVAC,any reputable company recommended? Thanks for your help!

There are several ways to do this. You can find an architect first, who will design the space, produce architectural drawings for construction permit and board approval and find/recommend you a general contractor. Or you can find a general contractor first, who will recommend you an architect they work with. Either way has its advantage. I used a husband and wife team at Schappacher&White -- great aesthetics, will work well with you re diff buget possibilities, and lots of loft experience.
