Any thoughts on buying a coop in Jackson Heights Historic Diatict?

Sorry no one has commented on your question yet. The Historic District is highly desired due to proximity to transportation and many private gardens along with 9+ ft. ceilings, arches and pre war construction details.

Jackson Heights went downhill after Mary Beth Lacey moved herself and her family out to Flushing.
