report abuse Do yourself a favor and stay away. This was an ok place to live until a couple weeks ago when they started doing construction on the side of the building every morning at 8am, which includes the operation of a loud power-drill from a scaffold mere feet from my window. Management has indicated that this can be expected to continue well into the fall. Bottom-line: if you don't mind being woken up every morning by the sound and vibration of a loud power-drill, and have no need for the quiet enjoyment of your residence throughout the day, then this might be the place for you.

You are in bed at 8am? What are you doing home all day? How about getting a job?

I used to live at 75 West. The building is terrible - not maintained and full of frat boys. I also had a woman family living on my floor who was using a section 8 voucher (or something like that). She was really nice and I had no problem with her but she let her brother and his friends come over and let's just say the brother brought a less than desirable crowd with him. NFW I would ever rent at this place again.
