Wood Floor for Loft Space

I did some research. before you buy and hire someone I suggest you stop by a lumber liquidators store. If you catch a sale that week you will do really well. It was installed by handyman shop around and get good recommendations-good luck

If you are leaning towards solid wood - walnut is very nice and strong at the same time If you want something exotic maple would be my choice. Engineered wood varies in many colors and types but I do not have to much experience with them - I stick only to solid. Another key issue to keep in mind is what is the current subfloor - concrete or plywood?
